New Delhi: 50-year-old Ayub Khan died on Tuesday evening after he was tortured at Quila police station in Haryana’s Panipat district. Three men including Assistant Sub Inspector Dharamvir have been arrested and a murder case has been registered against them. District Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan said on Tuesday evening that the preliminary investigation showed that Ayub Khan died in police custody after he was tortured by Dharamvir.
